Well Bills fans, we lost another defensive starter for the year. The Bills today announced that they have placed Paul Posluszny on injured reserve. This to me is really heartbreaking because Poz is a terrific player and he only got to play in three games in his rookie season. This was going to be a year where he would learn the ropes of the NFL game and improve each and every week. He was already turning into a tackling machine and was only going to get better. This really pisses me off. How can we lose so many guys in only three games? Poz joins starting cornerback Jason Webster and starting safety Ko Simpson on injured reserve. The Bills have now lost five defensive starters in all. Keith Ellison is still nursing a high ankle sprain and Terrence McGee did not play last week due to a rib injury. John DiGiorgio had a nice game filling in for Poz. He recorded 12 tackles and ½ sack. It’s a damn shame to lose a player like Poz. Lets hope he gets well soon. The Bills today have also announced the re-signing of quarterback Craig Nall. The Bills had to sign a qb because Losman will be out two weeks. The Bills cut Nall before the season and only kept two qbs on the roster. It’s nice to have a quarterback that knows the system. Nall spent last season on the roster but did not see any action during the season. Lets hope Trent Edwards has a great game this week against the Jets. Lets Go Buffalo. Get well soon Poz.

Hello Bills fans. I was shocked to see the Bills release Craig Nall. Coach Jauron stated that the team will only have two quarterbacks on the roster. One will most likely be added to the practice squad before the season. As I stated before, the coaches were giving rookie Trent Edwards every shot to win the number two QB job behind starter J.P. Losman. Edwards looked great in preseason and that is what did in Nall. Edwards has tremendous upside and will push Losman on a weekly basis. It feels good that we have two good young QB’s on our roster. I believe Losman will have a great year and Edwards will learn a lot from him. Marv Levy and Co. are showing that they know how to draft. Five out of Seven draft picks made the roster. Seventh round pick tight end Derek Schouman was added to the practice squad. Our other seventh round draft choice, defensive end CJ Ah You, was released. Congrats to Trent Edwards and Lets Go Bills.

Hello Bills fans. This Thursday is the fourth and final preseason game. The Bills will be taking on the Lions in Detroit. I don’t expect to see J.P. Losman and the starters out there for more than the first two series. Lee Evans is already being held out of the game. It will be interesting to see who JP will rely on that Evans is not out there with the first team. Look for him to go to Peerless Price, Josh Reed and Roscoe Parrish on underneath routes. The first team offense will not be taking many chances with the regular season a little over a week away. I would like to see Fred Jackson get a lot of carries in this game. Craig Nall is supposed to come in for JP and then Trent Edwards will finish the game. It looks like the coaches want Edwards to be the #2 QB. Nall must not be happy about that. Looking forward to seeing John Wendling getting some more reps at safety. I think he will turn out to be a special player for us. Good luck to the team and lets get this season started right on September 9th. Lets Go Bills.

Well Bills fans, it looks like Trent Edwards is getting every possible chance to be the #2 QB. He played the entire second half of last Friday’s game against Atlanta. Hopefully J.P. Losman has a fantastic year and will take every snap. I was never convinced that Craig Nall would hold down the backup position especially after Edwards was drafted. The coaches have a lot of confidence in Edwards. After watching him play in the last game, I know he can make some nice throws. The only concern I have with him is his mobility. Congrats to the rookie if he wins out the #2 job.
