Tough Week For Bills
Hello Bills fans. This week was an extremely tough week for the Bills organization. Not only is the whole Marshawn Lynch situation dragging on, the team lost a former player and its biggest fan in the matter of days. Former offensive lineman Mitch Frerotte passed away at the age of 43 from a heart attack. He was part of the Super Bowl teams and was used as a tackle option near the goal line. He retired after the 1992 season because of back problems. He will be missed. Yesterday NBC’s Tim Russert from Meet the Press passed away due to a heart attack. He was only 58 years old. Russert was a Buffalo Native and a huge Bills fan. He would end his show with a “Go Bills” on occasion. Its extremely sad that Russert is gone. He meant so much to the city of Buffalo. Check out the statement released by the Bills on buffalobills.com.
