Bills Free Agency News
Hello Bills fans. There hasnt been much going on the last couple of days. The Bills had a few players in for visits this past week but both Ben Troupe and Marlon McCree have signed with other teams. Wide receiver Bryant Johnson is still unsigned and with all of the crazy money receivers have been getting, Im a little nervous about what he feels he is worth. The team really needs a #2 receiver but I dont know if Johnson can fill the bill. He put up decent numbers as a #3 in Arizona but when Boldin went down, his game didnt get any better. I do think that he can succeed in Buffalo but I want the team to extend the contract of Lee Evans before giving big money to another receiver. It is still possible that Johnson will sign with the Bills and our prayers for a second option will be answered. The draft is also coming up and there are many tall wide receivers that the Bills can choose from. Malcolm Kelly from Oklahoma and Limas Sweed from Texas are the best of the bunch. James Hardy from Indiana is also intriguing because of his size and speed. I just dont want the team to reach with the 11th pick in the draft. I guess we will have to wait and see how this turns out.
