Free Agency Around Corner

Hello Bills fans. I wanted to start out by saying congrats to the Giants for an impressive win over the Patriots in the Super Bowl. The Giants defense was phenomenal and held the Pats down all game. With that being said, the 2007 season is officially over. Its time to start thinking about the upcoming free agency period, which gets underway in early March. It has been reported that the Bills are around 30+ million under the cap. I wouldn’t expect the Bills to overpay for some of the big names out there, but I would like to see them grab a veteran wide receiver and a defensive tackle. The Bills are also thin on the o-line and will probably sign a veteran backup. I would like to see the Bills address defense in the first round of the 2008 NFL draft. I’m hoping either defensive tackle or linebacker will be the Bills first choice with the 11th pick. This draft is supposed to be deep at wide receiver. I would like the Bills to draft a tall wideout in the second round and then maybe a cornerback in the third round. I can’t wait for free agency to start because if the Bills are as active as they were in the first week last year, we are all in for a treat. Go Bills.
